Updates and News for November of 2000

Thursday, November 30, 2000:
Hey! I've returned with another brand spankin' new Sonic MIDI! It's Icecap: Snowy Mountain from Sonic Adventure. I also sequenced its counterpart from Disc-1 of the game's OST. Here it is: Track 32: Snowy Mountain ...for Icecap. I think that this has got to be one of the most beautiful songs from this game. It's so peaceful and relaxing... Well, until it gets to that fast overdriven guitar part at the end... But, still, that's pretty cool. Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy this MIDI as much as I am. Ato de aou!

Hey! I just finished another new Sonic MIDI! It's Gene Gadget Zone Act 1 (Sonic 3D Blast- Genesis). And with this, I updated the Sonic MIDI request list where I just took the request for this song down. I also added a link to this song in SM:IaT. Oh, yeah! And I wanna give special thanks to Magnus who sent me a GYM of this song from the emulator version of Sonic 3D Blast. It was a really BIG help to me. Thanks, again, man! =) OK. That's all for now. I've gotta go and finish (read: start) my homework. Enjoy the new MIDI! Ato de aou!

Hey, again! I've returned today with yet another new Sonic MIDI! This one's Red Mountain: Type 1 (Sonic Adventure), or if you prefer, Track 01: Mt. Red: a Symbol of Thrill ...for Red Mountain (Sonic Adventure OST: Disc-2). My next update is in SM:IaT where I just added a link to the Sonic Adventure version of this song to the list of re-used songs. And, finally, I updated the Sonic MIDI Request List. All I did there was take the requests for "Red Mountain: Type 1" down since I just finished that song. That's all for now! Enjoy the new MIDIs! Ato de aou!

Another day, another new MIDI! (I'm really enjoyin' this little vacation I've got from school! ^_^) This go 'round it's Wing Fortress Zone from the Genesis version of Sonic 2. This is a really cool soundin' song. I guess it's just the brass and timpani that make it sound so exciting to me. But, anyway, the only other update I've got for now is on the Sonic MIDI request list. All I did was take the request for Wing Fortress Zone down since I just finished it. Enjoy the new MIDI! Ato de aou!

Hey, all! I'm back with some more updates. First off, I've got three new Sonic MIDIs! They are Timer (Sonic Adventure), Invincible (Sonic Drift 1- Game Gear), and Title (Sonic CD- Mega CD). Second, I updated SM:IaT. There, I added links to my MIDIs of Timer and Invincible in the list of re-used songs. I also added another continuation to an entry on that list. In entry #12, I added Special Stage (Sonic 3D Blast- Genesis). And, finally in SM:IaT, I added another section under the "Information" part. It's about songs that I've found which have been edited from their original versions and then put into their games. The third, and final, thing I updated is the Sonic MIDI request list. There, I added another back-up for Collision Chaos Zone "P" mix from Sonic CD. That's it for now. Enjoy the new MIDIs! Ato de aou!

Thursday, November 16, 2000:
Hey, there. I'm back with a quick little update. First: the Sonic section. I did a little redesign of the MIDI collection. I decided to just go on and separate the sound effects I've made into MIDIs from each individual game they appear in and place 'em in their own section. So far, I've only placed one there, Score Tally (I also re-sequenced this MIDI to make it sound much better from my original.), but I intend on puttin' more in that section later on. I'll just have to go back through the other Sonic MIDI sections to sort out some more stuff... Later on. Anyway, I also took out the "Themes" section and just added the "Remixes" and "Original Compositions" sections to the main Sonic MIDI table. That's about it there. Second: Sonic Music Sources. I got Sonic Shuffle yesterday, so it's been added to my list of Sonic music sources. And, the last update I've got for now is on the Sonic MIDI request list. I found the percentile of completion for the requests for "Fastest Thing Alive." It's now about 56% finished. That's it. Ato de aou! ("Aou" is a more colloquial form of "aimashou.")

Hey! I'm back again. And I've got another finished MIDI request with me. It's SEGA CD Theme. This is that song that plays when you start up the SEGA CD. You can watch the SEGA and SEGA CD logos fly around the screen and stuff--- if you don't have a CD in the console, that is. Anyway, the only other update I've got for now is for the Links section. I updated the link to "The Stardust Speedway" and I took the one down for "Shadow of Light" since that site no longer exists. (Quite sad. I liked visitin' that place. It had some pretty cool stuff.) So, that's it for today. Enjoy the new MIDI! Ato de aimashou!
